A New York woman has spent the last few days naked in a cell in the Harford County Detention Center.

Winny Huang was arrested Thursday evening on charges of assault, attempting to disarm a police officer and resisting arrest, according to information supplied at her bail review Monday afternoon in Harford County District Court.

Later that night, Huang allegedly stripped naked in her cell, curled into the fetal position, and refused to be clothed until her bail review hearing on Monday.

Huang arrived at her hearing in what looked like a straight jacket or a draped blanket. She did not know why she was in the detention center or why she had been arrested.

She introduced herself to the judge, making several bizarre comments. When Huang was read the charges she launched into a nonsensical rant.

Judge Susan Hazlett ordered that Huang undergo a compentency evaluation.

Huang, 28, of the 3900 block of Woodside Avenue in Queens, N.Y., is being held without bail pending the evaluation.
